My Story
I founded B. Robinson Consulting LLC to create a bridge between vision and execution for individuals, organizations, and communities navigating complexity in healthcare and beyond. My journey began on the front lines as an EMT with the FDNY and has taken me through senior leadership roles in hospital operations, academic teaching, and faith-based service. Over the past 30 years, I’ve remained committed to one core principle: service with purpose.
As a healthcare executive, educator, and advocate for Black professional advancement, I bring a strategic, equity-centered approach to every engagement. My work is deeply informed by my doctoral research in Black health equity and my commitment to mentoring the next generation of diverse leaders.
Through this firm, I help clients build capacity, lead with clarity, and design solutions that are not only effective, but transformational.
